The cover of the steering column is a composite plastic part of two parts. My, how almost everything in this car was broken. As it is relatively expensive and a number following the dictum that all you can is to be restored, I tried to restore more than this. Was broken and was missing a bit. Pasted with glue two components and then was applied fiberglass to reinforce and fill the missing part. Were applied to each fitting a party because they were also parties.
