It is worth remembering - not see any problem in repeating here (because it is the first time I touch the subject on my blog) - I am the author of the first major research in the world of music and circus, made at the invitation of the Center for Memory Circus located here in Sao Paulo, and now again in good old Olido Gallery (after a nice retirement usually unsuspected in Brazilian terms). Start to visit the Memorial Center of the Circus here http://memoriadocirco.prefeitura.sp.gov.br/ here (Avenida São João, 473) or here (telephone 55 11 3397-0177).
One of the first public references to this research (soon to be available to the general public), along with a small sample, the recent special about the circus program Radio Matraca , irradiated in March 26 (yes, the eve of Day of the Circus), and since then can be heard here: www.radio.usp.br/programa.php?id=20&edicao=110326
One item that I discovered after delivering the research show here and now (thanks to God and the great Louis Kawall, the Museum of the Voice) is a compact double from about 1960 and almost certainly recorded in Recife, bringing three songs and a skit with the clown Relin. Is this a tribute to two name-in-one and the Arrelia Piolin? The truth is that ... nothing certain about Relin discovered so far, even after half a dozen google on different days. In any case, I scanned the flexi and here he is, including front and back cover, of course, about Relin are welcome.
